As you may or may not know, research shows that Servant Leadership is the best leadership style to lead people through change. 

Servant Leadership research identifies 4 Leadership traits (blue in the chart above) and 4 Servant traits (green in the chart above).

When one of our clients received the manager of the year award, he told us that his success could be attributed mostly to his Servant Leadership style.

So we decided to do a deep dive on what exactly he did as a leader.

  • How long does an executive coaching assignment usually last?

    The minimum is 10 months and it could last up to 2 years.

  • Can executive 360 coaching be done with a whole group of leaders?

    Yes, certainly, we would run a slightly different program to start things off, and then the process just does it’s wonderful work.

    If you deploy executive 360 coaching to a whole leadership layer, it will rapidly instill a coaching mindset and culture throughout your whole organization.

  • How fast can I expect to see results?

    That is a good question, that only you can answer.

    If you do NOT take action, you will most likely never see results.

    But if you follow the process AND execute, that is when the results will come. It is all about taking action.
