How long does an MBTI Teamtraining usually last?
Depending on your specific situation it could be 1 or 2 days.
If you want your teambuilding to be strategically embedded in your vision then we advise to go for a 2 day session.
Do you provide follow up MBTI programs as well?
We certainly do, we run follow up MBTI programs around different themes.

How fast can I expect to see results?
With our MBTI Team programs the results are immediate. The insights and application go hand in hand together.
Now of course the ongoing effects depend on the action you take after the team training. If you take no further action, then you will miss out, for sure. But if you continue to take action, and invest in further learning, you will discover that MBTI will become a gift that keeps on giving.
If we want only to get the insight into the profiles of our different management layers, is that possible?
Yes, that too is possible, we would be highly surprised though if you would not take the next steps. But to answer your question, yes that is possible.
With one condition though and that is that if you only want the overall results, you will NOT get the individual outcomes.
If you want the individual outcomes, we will give those after a what we call ‘proper’ introduction of MBTI.
Is it possible to take all of our teams through MBTI workshops?
Yes, that is definitely possible. We can run 1-day workshops with up to 30 participants in one go. This will lay an excellent foundation to build on.
The real fun starts when you decide to get strategic about this and you follow up with targeted programs that address strenghs, weaknesses and challenges of different teams.
